Your Eye Doctor
Dr. Collins did his undergraduate studies at Memphis State University. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree and Doctorate of Optometry from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee.
After optometry school, he began his professional career at Horner Rausch Optical as an independent optometrist in Antioch, Tennessee.
In 1993, Dr. Collins co-founded a group of doctor-owned eye clinics with offices in Columbia, Clarksville, Hendersonville, Franklin, Green Hills, and Antioch, Tennessee.
After leaving those clinics in 2015, he opened COLLINS EYE CENTER in Maryland Farms in Brentwood, Tennessee to focus on personalized patient care.
Dr. Collins is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Tennessee Association of Optometric Physicians. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Optometry. He enjoys fly fishing, cooking, grilling, travel and fitness.
